- Planning, organization and control of logistics services for complex construction projects
- Preparation of logistics concepts, manuals and documentation
- Contact person for logistical issues with clients
- Comprehensive support and continuous assessment of the needs of the project phases up to completion
- Tendering, awarding and contract preparation Logistics
- Contact person for construction management and management of subcontractors
- Local support (on the construction site) of project participants
- Participation in planning meetings with other project participants
- Planning of construction site facilities taking into account functional, technical and economic relationships
- Application and coordination of logistics software on the construction site
- Ongoing support for operational projects with regard to preparation and updating of planning documents
- Preparation of target and actual comparisons and meaningful reports for construction processes
- First study experience (at least 3 semesters) in civil engineering/architecture or a comparable degree program or similarly oriented education
- Interest in logistical processes on construction sites
- Practical experience through part-time jobs or internships in the construction industry is desirable
- Knowledge in creating construction process planning and/or logistics concepts
- First experience in planning construction processes/scheduling/tenders
- Interest in digitization and development of new working methods
- Open, flexible, creative, innovative
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, self-reliance and committed way of working
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Very good written and spoken German language skills
